What you can check before calling for service

1- Remove the power cord from your television to the wall outlet.

2- Leave it unplugged for at least one hour.

3- Reinstall the power cord from your television back into the wall outlet.

 You have now reset your television and if  it now plays you're  done. If the television set  does not restart, now is the time to call for service.
